Once an order is successfully confirmed and payment is completed:

  • The order cannot be cancelled

  • The product cannot be returned

  • The amount cannot be refunded

2. Payment Processing

All payments on our website are processed securely through Razorpay.

In case of a failed transaction where:

  • The amount is debited, but

  • The order is not successfully confirmed,

The refund, if applicable, will be processed automatically by Razorpay as per their internal policies and timelines.

Please note: We do not control banking or payment gateway processing delays.


3. Shipping & Delivery

All orders are shipped via Shiprocket.

Delivery delays, transit issues, or courier-related concerns do not qualify for a refund.


4. Exceptional Return Cases

return request may be considered only in exceptional situations, including the following:

  • Incorrect product delivered

  • Manufacturing or quality deviation in the jewellery

  • Product damaged during transit prior to delivery

To be eligible for consideration, the following conditions must be met:

  • The issue must be reported on the same day the order is delivered

  • Clear supporting images or videos must be provided for verification via the contact number or email address mentioned on the website.

  • The product must be returned with the original invoice, tags, and packaging (boxes) intact and in their original condition.

  • All return requests are subject to review and approval by our team.


5. Order Non-Fulfilment

In rare cases where an order cannot be fulfilled due to:
