All payments on this website are processed securely through Razorpay. We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD). Customers are required to complete payment online at the time of placing the order. We do not store or have access to your card, UPI, or banking details. In case of payment failure, the amount (if debited) will be governed by Razorpay’s refund timelines and policies.
Once an order is placed and payment is successfully completed, it cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded. We follow a strict no-return and no-refund policy. Customers are requested to carefully review product details, sizes, and descriptions before placing an order.
All orders are shipped using Shiprocket or its associated courier partners. Estimated delivery timelines may vary depending on the delivery location, courier availability, and external factors beyond our control. We shall not be held responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural calamities, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances.
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide complete and accurate shipping details at the time of placing the order. We shall not be liable for non-delivery or delays arising due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
Once the order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared with the customer. Any delivery-related queries, delays, or issues must be raised with the courier partner using the tracking information provided.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if we suspect fraudulent activity, incorrect pricing, or violation of these Terms & Conditions. In such cases, if payment has been received, it will be handled as per Razorpay’s applicable policies.
