These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of mskundancreation.com and your purchase of products from MS Kundan Creation. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. About Us

MS Kundan Creation is a handcrafted jewellery business, established in 1987, based at 359 D-Block Ranjit Avenue, Amritsar-143001, Punjab, India.

2. Products

We make every effort to display product colours, materials, and details as accurately as possible. Slight variations may occur due to the handcrafted nature of our jewellery, photography, and display settings, and do not constitute a defect.

3. Orders and Payment

  • Prepaid orders are processed securely through Razorpay (cards, UPI, netbanking, wallets).

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on orders up to ₹20,000. 

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order, including COD orders that cannot be verified, at our discretion.

4. Shipping

Orders are shipped via Shiprocket or its courier partners, as described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Unboxing Video

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. In particular:

  • Return requests must be raised within 2 days of delivery.

  • All return/refund claims must be supported by a continuous, unedited unboxing video; claims without one are limited to a 50% refund even if otherwise approved.

  • Customised, made-to-order, or engraved pieces are not eligible for return.

6. Pricing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without notice. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are shown at checkout.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on mskundancreation.com, including images, designs, logos, and text, is the property of MS Kundan Creation and may not be reproduced or used without our written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

MS Kundan Creation shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products, except as required by applicable law.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Amritsar, Punjab.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
