Can the pendant be worn daily?
Because our pieces are hand-set, we recommend treating them as occasion or care-with pieces — see our care guidance (Product & Material Care page) to keep them at their best.

Can I request a custom pendant?
Bespoke and made-to-order requests may be possible. Contact us at support@mskundancreation.com to discuss design, stones, and lead time.

How should I store my pendant?

Can I return an item from this collection?
Yes — returns can be raised within 2 days of delivery, for standard ready-made pieces that are unused, unworn, with tags, invoice, and box intact. Please note customised or engraved items are not eligible for return.

What do I need to return an item?
To raise a return, contact us at support@mskundancreation.com or +91 98764 31759. A clear, unedited unboxing video is required: a full refund is provided if you have one, or a 50% refund without one. Approved returns are collected by reverse pickup.
