Once an order is successfully placed and payment is completed, it is processed and dispatched within the estimated processing time mentioned on the website. Delivery timelines may vary depending on the shipping location, courier availability, and other external factors beyond our control.
We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD). All orders must be prepaid at the time of checkout through our secure payment gateway, Razorpay.
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at the time of checkout. Any additional charges levied by courier partners due to remote locations or special delivery requirements shall be borne by the customer.
After dispatch, tracking details will be shared with the customer via email, SMS, or WhatsApp. Customers are advised to track their shipments using the provided tracking information and contact the courier partner directly for delivery-related updates.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that complete and accurate shipping details, including address and contact number, are provided at the time of placing the order. We shall not be responsible for delivery failures, delays, or returns caused due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
Delivery timelines provided are estimated and not guaranteed. We shall not be held liable for delays caused by courier partners, natural calamities, strikes, government regulations, or other unforeseen circumstances.
We follow a strict no-return and no-refund policy. Orders once dispatched cannot be returned, cancelled, or exchanged due to any reason, including delivery delays or non-availability of the recipient at the time of delivery.
