Yes — enter the recipient's address at checkout. Please ensure the address and contact number are accurate, as we cannot redirect a dispatched order.

How quickly can a gift be delivered?
Orders ship via Shiprocket and typically arrive within 7-11 business days from dispatch. For time-sensitive gifts, order with buffer and contact us at support@mskundancreation.com if you have a deadline.

Can I return an item from this collection?
Yes — returns can be raised within 2 days of delivery, for standard ready-made pieces that are unused, unworn, with tags, invoice, and box intact. Please note customised or engraved items are not eligible for return.

What do I need to return an item?
To raise a return, contact us at support@mskundancreation.com or +91 98764 31759. A clear, unedited unboxing video is required: a full refund is provided if you have one, or a 50% refund without one. Approved returns are collected by reverse pickup.
