Return policy
Return requests must be raised within 2 days of delivery, only for standard ready-made pieces that are unused, unworn, with tags, invoice, and box intact (customised/engraved items aren't eligible). All claims need a clear, unedited unboxing video — full refund if provided, only 50% without one.
