Once an order is successfully placed, it is processed and dispatched within the estimated processing time mentioned on the website. Delivery timelines may vary depending on shipping location, courier availability, and other factors beyond our control.

Payment Options

  • Prepaid — via our secure payment gateway, Razorpay (cards, UPI, netbanking, wallets).

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) — available on orders up to ₹20,000, subject to pincode serviceability. A COD handling fee may apply and will be shown at checkout. Orders above ₹20,000 must be paid online through our secure payment options.

All Cash on Delivery orders are subject to verification before dispatch. Our team may contact you to confirm the order before it is processed and shipped.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Additional charges levied by courier partners for remote locations or special delivery requirements will be borne by the customer.

Order Tracking

After dispatch, tracking details will be shared via email, SMS, or WhatsApp. Please track your shipment using the details provided and contact the courier partner directly for delivery-related updates.

Customer Responsibility

It is the customer's responsibility to provide complete and accurate shipping details (address and contact number) at the time of order. We are not responsible for delivery failures, delays, or return shipments caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

Delivery timelines provided are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners, natural calamities, strikes, government regulations, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Unboxing Video Requirement

Customers are strongly encouraged to record a clear, continuous, unedited video of the unboxing process — starting from the sealed courier package and showing the product being taken out — for every order.
