Frequently Asked

Questions, answered plainly.

Browse the questions people ask us most about this collection.

01 What is a kalgi and how is it worn?

A kalgi is an ornamental brooch or plume traditionally worn on a groom's turban (safa/pagri) during weddings. Ours are hand-set in the traditional style. Fitting and attachment details are listed on each product page.

02 How is the kalgi attached to a turban?

Most kalgis attach with a pin or clasp designed to hold securely on a safa. The specific fitting is noted on the product page — if you need to confirm before ordering, contact us at support@mskundancreation.com.

03 Do you offer matching groom accessories as a set?

Our groom range includes kalgis and related accessories. For a co-ordinated set or a specific wedding requirement, contact us at support@mskundancreation.com — many groom pieces can be made to order.

04 How far in advance should I order for a wedding?

Because each piece is hand-set and some groom pieces are made to order, we recommend ordering well ahead of your wedding date. Contact us at support@mskundancreation.com to confirm lead time for a specific piece.

05 Can a kalgi be customised?

Custom colour, stone, or size requests may be possible on a made-to-order basis. Reach us at support@mskundancreation.com to discuss before ordering.

06 Can I return an item from this collection?

Yes — returns can be raised within 2 days of delivery, for standard ready-made pieces that are unused, unworn, with tags, invoice, and box intact. Please note customised or engraved items are not eligible for return.

07 What do I need to return an item?

To raise a return, contact us at support@mskundancreation.com or +91 98764 31759. A clear, unedited unboxing video is required: a full refund is provided if you have one, or a 50% refund without one. Approved returns are collected by reverse pickup.
