Weight and dimensions, where available, are listed on the product page, as these vary by design.

04 Are these sets suitable for bridal wear?

Many of our sets are well suited to bridal and occasion wear. For bridal requirements or custom sets, contact us at support@mskundancreation.com ahead of your date.

05 How should I store a necklace or set?

Store flat in a dry place away from moisture, and avoid contact with perfumes or chemicals. Full guidance is on our Product & Material Care page (Product & Material Care page).

06 Can I return an item from this collection?

Yes — returns can be raised within 2 days of delivery, for standard ready-made pieces that are unused, unworn, with tags, invoice, and box intact. Please note customised or engraved items are not eligible for return.

07 What do I need to return an item?

To raise a return, contact us at support@mskundancreation.com or +91 98764 31759. A clear, unedited unboxing video is required: a full refund is provided if you have one, or a 50% refund without one. Approved returns are collected by reverse pickup.
