Shipping-30 day money back policy*
Once the product is returned under our 30 Day Money Back policy the refund will be credited to your Ms. Kundan creation account. You may choose to either make another purchase using the same or get the amount refunded to your bank account.
- For cash on delivery orders, the refund will be processed to your bank account.
- For prepaid orders, the amount will be credited to the payment source (Credit Card/Debit Card /Net Banking).
- Note: *not applicable on gold coins
How do I return the product to Ms. Kundan creation within 30 days?
- Call our customer delight team and you will be given a Return Authorization Code, once you let us know the item you would like to return along with your Order No.
- We will courier you aMs.Kundan creationtamper proof package with the Return Authorization code, your Name and address on the outside return area and a unique serial number pre-printed.
- Secure your jewelry with the original packing materials and certificate in the tamper proof package provided by Ms.Kundan creation. Note that once the package is sealed, it cannot be opened unless destroyed.
- Once your package is ready, just call our customer delight team and we will send a courier to pick it up from you.
- Once your returned item is received by Ms.Kundan creation, your refund or new item will be processed shortly.
